do you have to have a permit to use a raft or any other non-motorizes boat on NYS waters?
i bought a raft and i have yet to use it. i need to know if there is anything i need to do before i can use my raft on new york waters.
The licensing web site seems to indicate that you don't need to have a permit. You might want to contact them if you are unsure after reading the info.
