Scuba Diving... JUNIOR Open Water Diver?
when I took my certification course i was 14, and they (PADI) wrote me down as a Junior Open Water Diver... I am now 15 and would like to know how i can change this so that my card says Open Water Diver instead of Junior Open Water Diver. Do i have to send my card to PADI, or do i have to contact the dive center where I took the course?

P.S I havent been diving for a long time. If i am certified, does the refresher course still count or do i have to re-take the whole Open Water course again (depending on the amount of time i haven't been diving?)

Either contact PADI directly here: http://www.padi.com/scuba/scuba-certification-cards/default.aspx
or you can visit a local PADI shop to get it done. It doesn't have to be the same shop you certified with since your records are available to all shops connected to the PADI diver database. Make sure to bring your Jr card with you, since it will help them find your records.
As for a refresher, that would be a good idea.
No, you don't need to re take the entire course unless you or your instructor sees a need for it.
