What time of the year of the right time to fly a kite in Los Angeles?
I'm curious as to what time of the year the wind patterns are right to fly a kite either at the beach or in a park? Is now a good time? Should I wiat until spring?
What about flying a kite in the San Fernanado Valley this time of year?
The winter and spring are fairly calm when it comes to winds out here. We may get breezes, but theyre so unpredictable as to when we will get them. Unless you go to the beach where the winds are more consistent and, practically there all the time, the best time out here is honestly the fall.
